Our journey began amidst the choas of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020:
As avid animal lovers, we found ourselves drawn to the world of reptiles from the moment we moved into our first home together. It was a childhood dream come true for both of us, having never had the opportunity to care for these remarkable creatures before.
During the challenging times of the pandemic, we noticed a concerning trend: an increasing number of reptiles being rehomed or sold online due to financial constraints faced by their owners. Seeing this recurring struggle struck a chord deep within us, and we knew we had to take action. Thus, A and J's Exotics was born.
As a nonprofit organization, our mission is clear – to advocate for the proper care and well-being of exotic animals kept as pets. Through our platform, we share the stories of our rescued reptiles, shedding light on their unique personalities and the joy they bring into our lives.
But our commitment doesn't stop there: We strive to be a beacon of knowledge and support for all reptile enthusiasts.
