To donate your extra supplies, let us know what you have and where you are located so that we can arrange a time to meet you! We are always open (but not limited) to accepting tanks, substrate, hides, plants, and feeders.

Needing care advice on your newly acquired reptile? Let us know the species in which you want to learn more about, and we will create a custom guide with a collection of resources for you to reference as a new reptile keeper!

If you or someone you know has an exotic pet needing to be surrendered or temporarily rehomed, please explain your situation below and provide your best contact information so we can keep in touch. In the case of a medical emergency, please reach out to an exotic veterinary professional. We are not an urgent care facility, and we only accept surrenders as we have adequate resources on-hand.
